Okay seriously i love this show and whatever will I do for a whole summer without my Damon and Stephan? Have you seen these two angelic men??!!:) Vampire Diaries is such a great show nevermind the action and the blood etc all the male eye candy in this show is unbelivable the season finale aired lastnight and that just depresses me to no end! Oh well a scrapbooking i will go!! here are a few pics who could resist??!!

Wowzers it's been a while. I find i have a hard time trying to keep up with my blog I always have so much scrappin to do I guess its better Im doing my scrapbooking than on the computer updating the blog! Well lots of new things going on here. New School year, new scraproom, new Cricut!!! love it!, new puppy! and some new layouts but will have to upload tomorrow.

I know I have been slacking with keeping up with blog posts and putting up new creations but my scanner is not what I thought it was we have a love/hate relationship and it loves to give me problems. My little guy just turned 5 on May 3rd can't believe he is 5 where does the time go?

We had two parties. One family bbq and a party for him and his friends which I forgot to bring my camera to can you believe that!!! What kind of scrapbooker am I to forget my camera? Oh well I did get pictures of the family one that is more important! Happy Birthday Jakeb.

L'Heureux Family Gathering

On the weekend we had Harv's family down at our house. We had his older sister Brigitte down from Halifax and his older brother Martin and his two kids as well as his mom Louise. We always have fabulous food when they are over they like to make everything from scratch. So Louise had made the dough for a homemade pizza and we had goat cheese with sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella OMG it was fabulous we ended up with three large pizza's for dinner. The next night we had homemade Lasagna, yummy!

Okay I know Im a few days behind with posting but OMG can you beleive Jason and his dumping Melissa on national tv? wow I loved her. Molly is sweet too but I really wanted him with Melissa (not that I matter) but still that was a crazy ending. So happy that Jillian is the new Bachelorette!!! yay can't wait to see that on May 18th.

Harv, Jakeb, Louise and myself went to Guelph on a fairly rough trail for a hike. We walked for about two hours alot of it was ice but it was nice to get fresh air thats good for us. We warmed up afterwards with chili for dinner.

Kindergarten Report Cards

I was so excited to recieve Jakeb's report card in his mail bag yesterday, couldn't wait to see how well my little guy was doing. He is doing everything and more the teacher says and has no area of concerns (thank god) he must take after Harv. His comment section reads: Jakeb approaches kindergarten with interest and enthusiasm. He is gaining confidence, awareness and attention for participating during group times, sharing his ideas and completing classroom activities. He completes routines with independence and growing focus. He is developing his awareness and understanding of print and numeracy concepts. Jakeb increasingly experiments with creating art and his fine motor skills have exceeded our expectations. Jakeb is such a fun loving friend who enjoys interacting imaginatively with his peers. He is respectful of others and of the expectations of the classroom. It has been such a joy to welcome Jakeb to Bridgeport! So nice to hear!!!! So proud of you my baby boy.

Doggy Weekend

Well Harv and I went to go see the movie Marley & Me on Friday and it was soooo cute and loved it. yes the end was very sad and we both balled our eyes out in the theatre and we went home to kiss and love our dog Ruby.

Then Saturday night we took Jakeb to see Hotel For Dogs which was a really cute movie about two orphans who decide to take in all the stray dogs in town and build a hotel. Very cute movie we loved it. Looks like we had a weekend all about dogs.

Cold Feet

Ya, hate that feeling, and not the cold feet before getting married or something. I mean actual cold feet, soaking wet, hurting toes, can't feel your whole foot kind of cold and that's about where I was about an hour ago. Decided at the last minute to go on Jakeb's school outing for a Winter Walk in my crappy non-weather proof boots that were just made for fashion BIG MISTAKE!!! For little Kindergarten kids that sure was quite a walk. I was sure I would develop frost bite. Jake and I went ahead and came back early to wait for the others so I could get my boots off and then had to put them back on again to walk home. Just say that Im thankful to be home in warm slippers and a hot mug of coffee beside me.

Okay so I have been hearing so much about this new Vampire series "Twilight" how they are so great and everyone love loves Edward. So I made my way to Chapters bought the first book so far and gotta say Im in love too!!! and I can't put the book down Im halfway through it already. I guess this series is for teens but man I love it and I hope they have a steamy scene soon cause it's driving me crazy. I highly suggest this series or at least the first book!

So I finally got a new and improved hair cut. At first I was just going to get some layers to my shoulder length hair but then came across the nice looking hair do and thought; Im just going to go for it If I don't like it it'll grow back. Luckily I think it suits me and is so light and will be easy to take care of. I went to this girl I know in Cambridge she does it out of her gorgeous house and she is fabulous and soooo sweet. It looks super flat today but I don't mind it that way either!
